Designed to accommodate up to 10 guests, Villa Breeze offers five elegant bedrooms, four bathrooms, spacious living areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Every detail has been carefully chosen to provide everything you need for a carefree holiday.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation, with the remaining 70% payable before arrival. By prior arrangement, the remaining 70% may also be paid in cash upon arrival.

For stays of 7 nights or more, enjoy a complimentary return transfer to Pula Airport or choose a restaurant voucher worth €200.
For stays of less than 7 nights, airport transfers can be arranged upon request for an additional fee.
The minimum stay is 4 nights. From 12 June to 28 August, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests. It offers five bedrooms, four bathrooms and approximately 180 m² of living space.
Bedrooms 1 and 2 feature large double beds and private en-suite bathrooms. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a bathroom and are furnished with separate 90 cm and 120 cm single beds, which can be joined together to form a double bed. Bedroom 5 features a double bed and has access to a shared bathroom. The bedrooms offer pleasant views of either the park or the city.
Yes. The villa has a private heated outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, pool towels and parasols. The garden also includes a terrace, outdoor dining area, summer kitchen and gas barbecue.
Amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, mosquito screens, soundproofing, bed linen, towels, washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby cot and baby chair. The villa is non-smoking.
Yes. The kitchen includes a dining table, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, oven, coffee machine and kettle. A summer kitchen and outdoor dining area are also available.
The villa offers flat-screen and Smart TVs with Netflix, free Wi-Fi, a trampoline and bicycle rental on request. Guests can also enjoy the fireplace, terrace, garden and outdoor lounge areas.
The beach and sea are approximately 500 m away. Restaurants, cafés and shops are within 200 m, while the city centre is 3 km away. The airport is approximately 12 km from the villa.
Free private parking is available to guests. Pets are not allowed at the property.
Check-in is at 17:00 and check-out is at 10:00. A 40% advance payment is charged at booking, with the remaining 60% due 40 days before check-in. The security deposit is €500 and is paid on arrival. Cancellations made up to 40 days before arrival forfeit the 40% advance payment; cancellations made 40 days or less before arrival are charged the full reservation amount. Sojourn tax is included, and payment is accepted by credit card or bank transfer.

Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage in Danijelas Villa! Der riesige Pool war einfach fantastisch, dazu ein Basketballplatz, ein toller Grillbereich und eine super ausgestattete Küche. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr schön und alle klimatisiert – perfekt für warme Tage. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!

Die Unterkunft war perfekt - sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet. Großzügiger Außenbereich mit Pool, Grillplatz und toller Terrasse. Gute Lage des Hauses, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren gut erreichbar. Großes Lob an die Gastgeber - unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus! Die Vermieterin war sehr zuvorkommend und bemüht. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen! Wir verbrachten mit unserer Familie eine wunderbare Zeit! DANKE, Danijela!

Our stay at Danijela’s place was amazing. It had everything we could ask for. Ten of us stayed and all of us enjoyed the villa and the pool. Plenty of seating and BBQ. It was spotlessly clean and we even got to check in earlier than planned. Communication from start to finish was great. I even had a cake delivery on my birthday which was a lovely surprise. Thank you once again for being a great host x

Wir waren gerade in der tollen Unterkunft von Danijela und ihrem Mann - die zwei sind einfach toll! Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Wein mit Obst und währenddessen haben sie uns sogar noch einen Kuchen vorbei gebracht. Der Check in konnte früher als angegeben stattfinden, da in der Woche vor uns keine Gäste da waren, das ist auch nicht selbstverständlich. Die Kommunikation war immer hervorragend! Danijela antwortet schnell und versucht das Problem zu lösen. Wir hatten ein/zwei bauliche "Probleme" und hier wurde schnell und lösungsorientiert gehandelt. Die Unterkunft ist wie im Internet beschrieben, fußläufig sind zwei bis drei Strandabschnitte erreichbar, ein Bäcker, Restaurants und Bars sind ebenfalls in kurzer Distanz. Hervorzuheben ist die großartige räumliche Gestaltung des Hauses sowie die Größe des Pools. Wir waren zu zehnt inklusive dreier Kleinkinder und es war perfekt! Die Unterkunft sowie Danijela und ihr Mann sind bestens weiterzuempfehlen :-)

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Die Gastgeberin hat uns als Willkommensgeschenk Kirschen und Pralinen auf den Tisch gestellt, an einem anderen Tag hat sie uns sogar eine Torte vorbeigebracht. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und alles ist sauber. Die Lage ist super und ruhig. Das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und es gibt auch Supermärkte in der Nähe. Der 12 Meter Pool ist wirklich klasse und man kann super auf den Liegen entspannen. Das Haus ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

The house and pool was absolutely fantastic for our family holiday. We would like to thank Danijela and Mauricio for such a kind welcome. Allowing us to leave our luggage before check in time was such a benefit to us and the kind offer of cold drinks when we arrived from the airport was really appreciated. It was also very kind of them to surprise us with a birthday cake during our stay. The rooms and the property was the same as outlined on the AirBnB website so was ideal for our holiday. The pool and the gardens were beautiful and it felt very safe for our young granddaughter. Thank you for such a lovely holiday and we would recommend your villa to other families.

This was a beautiful oasis with everything needed for family and friends. We had our small kids with us and really enjoyed the trampoline and heated pool. The walk to town and the beach were very easy and convenient.

Wir hatten eine super Zeit, es war ein toller Aufenthalt in Pula, das Haus war super ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool ist beheizbar, das war super da wir Ende April dort waren. Die Kommunikation mit Danijela war super und hat uns bei der Planung des Urlaubs sehr geholfen. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank Danijela.

Sehr schönes Haus, der Pool ist fantastisch (wir haben ihn beheizt). TV mit Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube,...), Küche super ausgestattet. Grill draußen war top. Viel Liebe zum Detail. Und die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Kommunikation war perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Vielen Dank für alles.
